The photo here is a copy of the Church Times advert for the vacancy of priest-in-charge of the benefice of Liskeard & St Keyne.
When the priest-in-charge leaves the benefice goes into transition, whilst it waits for its next priest-in-charge. The first task for the benefice is to decide what it wants in its new priest-in-charge. It also needs to think what it can offer a new priest, and give information about the parishes, the churches and the area. A formal document is created called a "Statement of Conditions, Needs and Traditions".
